Chef Haverland's career spans across various culinary programs in the hospitality and tourism industry, partnering with hotels to build extensive experiences in fine dining menu creation, managing sustainability programs with the food and beverage department, and drive revenue between multiple culinary initiatives.  With over 20 years of experience in luxury dining, Chef Haverland now leads JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort's culinary enterprise with new seed-to-table concepts, delivers noteworthy guest experiences, and drives culinary revenue and success at every restaurant and lounge within the hotel.
